COHO guarantees almost all purchases against being DOA (Dead on Arrival) unless the tag was marked AS-IS. Items marked AS-IS are priced and sold as you see them, with no warrantee expressed or implied. Please look those items over very carefully before purchase.

Everything at COHO gets here by accident. We try very hard to identify broken or missing pieces before putting items out for sale, but it isn’t possible to catch everything. In the unlikely event that you get an item home and it is broken or incomplete, please hold onto the receipt. We will issue a full refund for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

ORIGINAL RECEIPT

The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges. Return & Exchange Period 30 days for eligible products. Coho Liquidation reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

No Receipt? Not a big deal! We can try to look it up for you. If you remember the date of purchase and any other items you purchased at the same time, we may be able to find the receipt in our system.

RETURNS IN STORE

Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning your items to the Coho Liquidation store located in Sedro Woolley, WA (USA). Where applicable, include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
  • Digital subscriptions or services
  • Consumable items such as food, drinks and batteries
  • Ink/Toner cartridges that have had their factory sealed packaging opened
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Items that are missing accessories such as remote controls, cords and cables
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • Opened computer software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund
